Stop talking and start fucking doing..
No need to declare what has to be done. Do it. The world doesn’t need to know about your personal journeys, so few of them care about it anyway. The longer you say what you need to do, the longer it will take.
Stop wasting time trying to motivate yourself and just do it because you need to. Stop letting things get to the point where you have no choice but to deal with it.
